        1) Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Note: Some remote/extended areas may have limited service or require extra time.
2) Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat), excluding public holidays.
- Cut-off: Orders after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via SMS/Email when dispatched.
3) Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express (where available): 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Actual delivery may vary due to carrier workload, weather, route constraints, or peak seasons.
4) Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Subtotal Rs 2,500+.
- Below Rs 2,500: A shipping fee applies (shown at checkout before payment).
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders/locations.
- Carriers may call/SMS for verification before delivery.
- Please keep the exact amount ready; change may not be available.
6) Tracking Your Order
- We share a tracking link via SMS/Email once your parcel is dispatched.
- If tracking doesn’t update within 24–48 hours, contact us with your Order ID.
7) Undeliverable Addresses & Re-Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, no response, or refusal, the parcel may return to us.
- We can re-ship after address confirmation; additional shipping charges may apply.
8) Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels
- Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. For damaged/missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.
- For lost parcels, we’ll open a carrier investigation. Resolution may include a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9) Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
- Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are available (single shipment). For split shipments, contact support (extra fees may apply).
10) Holidays & Peak Seasons
During Eid, Independence Day, year-end sales, or unforeseen events, processing and delivery times may be extended.
